The Last Day
The children arrived at school with bags packed. It was the last day at school. They spent the morning in the classrooms and watching the Spanish children sing. It was amazing that the English children have learnt so much Spanglish! We all gathered for a final farewell assembly. Gifts were exchanged and many children started crying (Mr Ludlow’s speech wasn´t that bad, was it?) The parents have arranged for a bus to take us to the airport.
